Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Provincial Technical Officer works under the supervision of the Senior Project Officer and reports for the SPO.
- Prepare a Provincial Training Plan in accordance with project implementation plans and communicate it with the senior project officer and project coordinator.
- Obtain a list of CHWs (M & F) and key informants by HF from the BPHS NGO and plan to conduct EBS trainings in the HFs.
- Coordination of EBS training with the CHS of all HFs where training is scheduled is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The EBS project coordinator reports to the organization's Program Director and General Director, and the following are the primary responsibilities of the position:
- Overall administration and leadership of the allocated Events Based Surveillance (EBS) program at the national and provincial levels to fulfill project objectives within the budget and time frame allotted, and to report any operational issues to the Program Director as soon as possible.
- Ensure that all CHWs and key informants attending EBS training get per diem and transportation.
- Ensure that essential operating support, such as stationery, refreshment, and training venue, is provided during EBS trainings. Is accountable for making sure openness and accountability throughout EBS training participant per diem and transportation payments.

- During the project's lifespan, at least two monitoring missions should be conducted in each province.
- Prepare and send project reports (monthly, quarterly) to the OPHCD headquarters on a regular basis, in accordance with sponsor format/guidelines.
- Facilitate frequent meetings to help project personnel share information, ensuring all staff members are informed of project objectives and current work plans, and to offer feedback.
- Staff should be coached and given technical supervision in order to establish ownership and complete responsibility for EBS actions

Finance Duties:

- Ascertain that no province has a financial crisis and that adequate funds are available to ensure the smooth operation of the training programs.
- Examine the spending reports supplied by the Provincial Offices to ensure that the expenditures are made in compliance with donor and OPHCD policy and for the intended purpose. The paperwork are correct, and all necessary supporting documents are provided.
- Ensure that the settlement and clearance with the Finance Department is completed on time.
- Process the project staff's monthly payroll.
HR Duties:
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all employees, including agreements, depart, and attendance sheets.
- Control the Provincial Operations Officers and Assistants; By publishing memoranda and circulars, they may align their operations with the project objectives.
Procurement Duties:
- Support for the timely purchase and logistical planning of training programs.
- Make sure that purchasing is carried out in compliance with the donor and OPHCD procurement policies, and that openness is maintained at all levels.
- Ensure that all logistical arrangements are completed one day before the start of the training programs.
