Eligibilty Criteria:
- Students must not be a citizen of Japan.
- Be the citizen of one of the countries which are listed here.
- Must born later then April 2, 1989.
- Have a CGPA 2.30 out of 3 at recent degree.
- English Level CEFR B2 is required. It means, you can provide IELTS 5.5 Band or TOEFL 72 or above or in case last degree was studied in English the TOEFL or IELTS is nor required.
Application Procedure:
- Applying through online APU application portal before November 15, 2023.
- Selecting the first stage qualified students by APU.
- Selected Applicants will be notified and they have to fill additional application form for MEXT.
- The MEXT decides for final result of qualified candidates.

- The last date for filling the application is November 15th, 2023. It is recommended to apply early than the deadline.
