The Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship provides Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, and PhD Degree Scholarships in Germany. Financial Benefits:
This scholarship covers the following expenses:
- Stipend of EUR 750 every month in a Bachelor's, Diploma, Magister, or state examination program.
- A monthly stipend of EUR 850 is provided for Master's students.
- Medical coverage costs are covered, and students with children get a family stipend of EUR 276.
Acceptable Fields:
Students who are studying in one of the German Public or certified universities can apply to this scholarship without consideration of their field or major.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Bachelor & Master Programs:
- Confirmation of study placement or enrollment certificate at a state or government-recognized German university or technical college for the course that they wish to be supported.
- International applicants must additionally demonstrate adequate German language proficiency.
- First-year students (Germans and educated international students) must apply prior to the start of their first term.
For PhD Programs:
- Unconditional acceptance to the doctorate fellowship.
- Applicants from other countries must additionally demonstrate adequate German language abilities.
